A set of scripts for processing case-record sheets in PDF format from the district courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court for the SIREN news agency

We have developed a range of scripts for extracting information from case-record sheets in PDF format from the district courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court!

Among other things, files containing many case-record sheets are split into individual documents based on case number, and the files are renamed after the extracted names of court, date and case number. They are then sorted into different output folders depending on the relevant municipalities. This may concern municipalities named directly or municipalities relevant to the district court in question, and so on.
