Survey "Hälsosamtalet" scanned for Region Östergötland

Region Östergötland commissioned us to scan, interpret and verify data in a 4-page survey called "Hälsosamtalet"! A total of 3,645 survey copies.

A particular challenge in this project was the absence of registration marks, and that the survey was not optimally designed. All variables have been checked manually against the image! And open-ended answers were entered manually from the image.
