Scanning of receipts! For scanning receipts and certain types of documents, such as travel expense claims, vouchers and so on where contactless scanning is required, we use overhead scanning!
We remove the staple in the top corner of a multi-page document, photograph it and staple the document back together. We do NOT need to remove staples that hold receipts to the A4 sheet.
In a second step we register some relevant ID number, for example the voucher number, date and so on from the document, if you wish, and use this to rename the documents.
